Provost Shoes is a family owned and operated full-service footwear store in Pennsylvania. We have been in business since 1996 with our first store in the Columbia Mall, Bloomsburg PA.
Over the years we have had multiple stores throughout the Northeast Pennsylvania region. We are currently at our Hazle Township PA location to ensure quality and service.
Certifications
John Provost, owner and certified
pedorthist and licensed in the state of PA to practice pedorthics. John went to Extra Depth University at Wisconsin Medical College and was certified in 1998. In 2001, he completed Orthopedic Shoe Technician (O.S.T.) certification at Ball State University and continues to attend courses to stay up to date with new technologies.

Being a certified pedorthist allows John to
modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect the feet and lower limbs. Provost Shoes is an accredited facility by the American Board for Certification Orthotics and Prothetics. We can fill doctor prescriptions for shoes, shoe modifications, orthotics, and corrective footwear. Our goal is to provide you with happy and healthy feet, one step at a time!
